Hi, I am Nikolaos Rompotis, the owner of Melikiron Luxury Apartments.
Greeks are well known for their hospitality and my aim is to live up to the hype.
I built this establishment to offer our traditional greek family hospitality combined with luxury and comfort to our guests. We chose an elevated location at the west side of Lefkada island, with incredible vistas and romantic sunsets, which are considered to be the most beautiful in all Ionian sea.
Me and my family will be delighted to meet you, be your host and help you get the most of your stay.
We can arrange transport to and from the Lefkada Airport 24/7. We are also very flexible with check-in dates, so you can be sure we’ll be there to welcome you anytime you arrive.
We can also help you plan your personal Island tour.
We run the establishment ourselves and we are very proud of the quality of service we provide as you can see on our reviews.

Beautiful Ever-changing Vistas
Melikiron Luxury Apartments is located in the North-West Lefkada. I carefully chose the location for its elevated terrain, unique panoramic view, and ideal place into the Island.
But the actual truth is that I fell in love with the beautiful blue-yellow colors of the sunrise and the mesmerizing orange-purple colors of the sunset. And I am sure you will too. It is no coincidence that our sunset is considered one of the most beautiful in the Ionian Sea.
You can enjoy the view from your personal balcony together with your favorite drink, or from our swimming pool or cocktail bar. The colors of the sky also change depending on the season, so your experience will always be unique!
Our apartments are very popular amongst couples and families. So, come visit us with your significant other and enjoy a unique and sensational experience.
Swimming Pool & Bar
New to the facility is our swimming pool, together with the pool bar. Just constructed this year, 2023 will be its first season. You can swim in our 40sm pool, relax on the sunbed, then select and enjoy your meal out of our carefully chosen dishes. We will be adding details about our food and drinks menu soon. In the meantime please contact us if you need any more information.
The Swimming Pool and the “Sunset” bar (yes, it is called Sunset!), elevated 40m compared to the Main Street level, are guaranteed to make your special events unforgettable. (You can check out our events page for more info).

What's Near
- Melikiron Luxury Apartments are located in the North-West Lefkada. I carefully chose the location for its elevated terrain, unique panoramic view, and ideal place into the Island.
- We are located 2.4 km from beach “Kathisma” one of the most beautiful beaches of Lefkada. Kathisma beach provides fine white sand and emerald waters where you can enjoy a swim or just relax at the beach. Kathisma is also an ideal destination for water sports and especially sky parachute. There are organized breach bars at the area.
- Amente Restaurant, one of the most renowned bars/restaurants in Lefkada is located 2km away. Getting a table yourself might be tricky due to the long waiting list, but we have a special arrangement and we can book a table for you on a short notice.
- You can also take a 6-hour tour to visit with jeep the most well-know tourist attractions of the Island, Melissa Gorge, Nidri Waterfalls, Plain of Ira, and 400 years old Monasteries at the Southest part of the Island.
